1. Subscription Refunds
Our refund policy for subscription plans is as follows:
First 5 Days: Full refund available for new subscriptions, no questions asked.
After 5 Days: Refunds are generally not provided, but we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
Annual Plans: The 5-day guarantee applies to annual plans as well. After 5 days, partial refunds may be considered based on unused time.
2. Voice Credit Pack Refunds
For purchased voice credit packs:
Unused Credits: If no credits from a pack have been used, we may issue a refund within 5 days of purchase.
Partially Used: Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is not eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues: If credits were lost due to technical issues on our end, we will restore them or issue a refund.
Include the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
Bank Transfer: May take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
Cryptocurrency: Refunded in the equivalent fiat value to your preferred method, as crypto transactions are irreversible
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Used voice credits from purchased packs
Subscriptions active for more than 5 days (except extenuating circumstances)
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Go to your Account Settings and click "Cancel Subscription"
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (you must request one separately within the 5-day window)
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback may result in account suspension pending investigation.
